The seven steps to wellness, which are found in all natural healing disciplines, encompass what is commonly known as the "Triad of Health"
Structural: Spinal alignment and muscle balance
Nutritional: Biochemical balance
Emotional: Psychological
The seven steps are:
1. Reestablish structural integrity, the foundation of health.
2. Reset the adrenals and the general adaptive syndrome GAS).
3. Replenish nutrition for organs, glands and or system weakness.
4. Restore immune function in the body.
5. Replace enzymes to aid digestion, assimilation and elimination.
6. Restore proper bowel flora to optimize colon function.
